Well, this was my 22nd consecutive year to attend Hamvention. We had rain on Friday, very cold on Saturday, and a nice sunny warmer day on Sunday.  Attendance seemed quite low and sales were down.  We still had a great time visiting all our friends. Our entire group made it again this year and we were able to convince Bruce, KA5ELC, to go with us. He had not attended since 1984.  He claimed that the merchandise he saw this year is the same that he saw back in '84.

We drove up on Wednesday morning and arrive in Dayton about 7:00pm.  Set up shelter on Thursday morning and made a trip to Mendelsons on Thursday afternoon.
