Prizes for the live W5KUB.COM webcast

2021 Huntsville Hamfest

August 21 & 22, 2021 in Huntsville, Alabama

Prize eligibility requires a user to be logged into the W5KUB chat room on youtube.com. User Name registration is not required for this event.

Prize winners are selected by Hambot, a computerized random name selector program. Winners names are chosen randomly and announced. You must be in the w5kub youtube chat room to win. When it is time for a prize, we will announce what it is and request that you refresh your chat room. You must enter something into the chat room to get your name in the participants list. Youtube only shows a list of people that have been active typing for the past few minutes.  So when we announce we will be giving a prize, you must enter something in the chat.  For example, just enter a period and hit enter, or say hello, or anything.   Any entry into the chat puts you on the participants list for that drawing.  You will need to do this each time we give away a prize.  Since we already know you are there, there is no need to "claim" the prize.  It will be automatically given to you. We do not have a time limit or period as in the past for winners to claim their prize.

Some prize donors have eligibility restrictions. We will try our best to announce those limitations  with the prize.

W5KUB.com makes every effort to list prizes accurately but mistakes happen. W5KUB.com is not responsible for typos or incorrect prizes, model numbers, description, picture, shipping restrictions, etc. All prizes will be awarded as the donor intended. W5KUB.com is not responsible for non-shipment of a prize. Prizes are sent to you directly from the donor.

If you won a prize:

• Immediately (no longer than 4 hours)  send an email to prizes@w5kub.com. . The message should include the name of your prize, your name, call (if applicable), mailing address (no post office box), and email address. Prize winners with a USA call sign MUST provide a USA mailing address for prize delivery. If not, you will forfeit your prize.

• Within 10 days after Hamfest we will send your contact information to the vendor/donor of your prize, and you will receive a copy of this message. The donor will ship your prize based on the contact information you provided. It is your responsibility to report any errors to the donor ASAP. Any further communication should be between you and the donor.

• If you are required to pay for shipping, the cost and payment method will be provided to you in your email message.

Join our Facebook Broadcast Group for more information, details, and updatesClick Here

This prize has been set aside for viewers who donate $5 or more to help cover the expenses of this hamfest.  For every $5 you donate, we will put your name in the hat for this prize.

This is a beautiful Deco-style microphone donated by Bob Heil.  Bob has autoghraphed the box.  We will announce the winner on the afternoon of Sunday, August 22nd.  You do not have to be present to win this prize.

Value is approx $250

The winner must have a USA address to be eligible for this prize.
